1、 Use of cooling tower:
1. Before the cooling tower is put into use, the water inlet and outlet pipes, water collecting tray, water pump, etc. shall be fully flushed to remove all sundries; the flushing water shall not enter the cooling tower to prevent the water pouring filler and water distribution nozzle from blocking.
2. Check whether the connecting bolts of all parts are tightened, especially the transmission system, which must be tightened one by one.
3. The fan, motor and reducer shall be inspected according to the corresponding product instructions before use. For example, check whether the reducer is refueled, whether the oil level is at the required position (3 / 4 of the oil elevation), whether the lubricating oil brand is HL-20 and HL-30 gear oil, and do not use it by mistake, etc. the components shall be started after meeting the requirements.
4. If the fan is moved by hand, whether the hand feel is flexible and whether the blades collide with the casing.
5. Check the rotation direction of the fan, which shall be clockwise when viewed from the top of the tower; when starting, in order to prevent the motor from being burnt due to excessive rotation, it is necessary to start it with reduced voltage. After its normal operation, it is necessary to check whether the current, voltage, vibration, noise, etc. of the motor are within the normal range. In case of any abnormality, it is necessary to check and remove the fault in time.
6. When the cooling tower is used, the water pump shall be turned on first, and then the fan shall be turned on. It is not allowed to make the fan operate without drenching water. Pay attention to the adjustment of water pump flow and water pressure into the tower.
7. The performance of the cooling tower is affected by the cooling water volume, water inlet temperature and local meteorological parameters, so it is necessary to pay attention to the changes of the above parameters and make records.
8. The supplied water quality generally requires that the tap water or the river water after preliminary purification does not contain oil or impurities, the turbidity number is not more than 5mg / kg, and good records shall be made. Otherwise, water treatment equipment shall be used. When the cooling tower is running, it should be managed by a special person, who should often observe whether the working condition is normal. If there is any abnormality, it should be eliminated in time.
2、 Maintenance of cooling tower:
1. When the newly installed fan is running, the oil in the gearbox of the fan reducer shall be cleaned within 10-15 days for the first time, three months after the second time, six months after the third time, and once a year thereafter.
2. The position of oil indicator shall be checked frequently for the reducer to prevent oil leakage.
3. Regular inspection (twice a year): water filling, water remover, water distribution nozzle, if there is oil sludge blockage, remove it immediately.
4. Check the water quality, water temperature, water quantity, meteorological conditions, lubricating oil temperature and motor current on time and make records.
5. The steel structure of the main frame of the cooling tower shall be overhauled every two years, and the corrosion shall be remedied in time.
6. Establish the system of overhaul and minor repair of cooling tower, once a year, once a three-year overhaul. Minor repair mainly cleans the filler water remover and water distribution nozzle, and maintains the fan motor before summer. In addition to the above contents, the fasteners of the steel structure cooling tower shall also be overhauled.
