According to the application field, the cooling tower industry divides the cooling tower into air-conditioning cooling tower and industrial cooling tower.
At present, FRP cooling tower is widely used in industries with high requirements for corrosion protection. The reason is that the anticorrosive ability, high temperature resistance and hardness of FRP are relatively strong, which is more suitable for long-term use of industry. Then, the pipe plate and the pipe line can be coated with antirust paint to protect, and the addition of organic acid and fungicide to prevent corrosion.
Industrial cooling tower is a high temperature reducing product, and it needs more water distribution spray system and higher power air distribution system in the tower layout. Therefore, the industrial cooling tower has larger volume, higher power, more consumables, and higher cost than air-conditioning cooling tower.
