1、 Overview:
Cooling tower is a kind of equipment that uses the contact of water and air to dissipate the waste heat produced in industry or refrigeration and air conditioning by evaporation. The basic principle is: the dry (low enthalpy value) air enters the cooling tower from the air net after being pumped by the fan; The saturated steam is high-temperature water molecules with high pressure flowing to the air with low pressure, and the water with high enthalpy is sprinkled into the tower by the water seeding system.
2、 The cooling mechanism of packless cooling tower is as follows
There are three factors to achieve cooling
The ratio of cold air to water (air water ratio); Surface area of cold air in contact with water; The contact time of cold air and water. It is designed according to the above three elements. The results show that the system resistance decreases from 140pa to 75pa, the air volume of cooling axial fan increases by 20%, and the air-water ratio of packed tower increases by 20%; The specific surface area of air-water contact is 10% larger than that of water distribution on PVC filler; The equipment adopts direct spray, cooling with two processes of concurrent flow and counterflow, and the cooling time is longer than filler.
3、 Structure of cooling tower:
1, the non filling spray cooling tower adopts high efficiency and low pressure centrifugal atomization installation (sprinkler pressure: 0.035MPa) as the cooling element to replace the traditional packing tower packing and water distribution, making the whole tower almost become an empty tower, and the structure is greatly simplified.
2. After removing the filler and distributing water, the atomizing installation is installed on the intake duct. The direction of water spray is the same as that of the axial fan. At the same time, the water has two processes of rise and fall, and there are two processes of cooling and countercurrent cooling.
3. The spray cooling tower without filler is spray atomized by fog to make the air and water slightly grainy, and the packing tower distributes water on the filler through the water sprinkler head to contact the cold air with the membrane.
4, no filler spray cooling tower because of packing cancellation, so that the load of the tower greatly reduced, do not need more supporting beam and slab, simplify the civil structure, save civil construction investment.
