1、 Cooling principle of open cooling tower
The cooling principle of the open cooling tower is to spray the circulating water on the glass fiber filler in the form of spray, and then heat exchange is achieved through the contact of water and air, and then the fan drives the air circulation in the tower to bring out the hot air after heat exchange with water, so as to achieve the cooling effect.
From the actual situation, we can find that the cooling method of open cooling towers, even with relatively small initial investment, has relatively high water and electricity consumption, which means that the operating cost is very high.
2、 Cooling principle of closed cooling tower
The closed cooling tower does not require fillers during the cooling process, and its main core part is a copper tube surface cooler. Simply put, there are two cyclic processes, namely inner loop and outer loop.
We can briefly introduce the two circulation processes of a closed cooling tower as follows:
Internal circulation: Connect with the object device to form a closed circulation system (with soft water as the circulating medium). Cooling the object device by transferring the heat from the object device to the cooling unit.
External circulation: In the cooling tower, cooling is carried out for the cooling tower itself. Not in contact with internal circulating water, only through the copper tube surface cooler inside the cooling tower for heat exchange and dissipation. In this cooling mode, the motor's operation is set based on the water temperature through automatic control.
Due to the relatively high ambient temperatures in spring and summer, it is necessary to perform both cycles of the closed cooling tower simultaneously in order to cool down. On the contrary, the temperatures in autumn and winter are not too high, and usually, we only need an internal circulation to complete the cooling process- Shunfeng cooling tower
