1、Information About Operation
1.The tower'a basin(tank) should be toballycleaned to avoid that obstacle material clogs the prpes and nozzles.
2.All connecting parts,special in rotaional parts such as fan,motor,reducer etc,bolts should be fastening carefully.
3.The gear reducer should be filled with the industrial gear oil no.N320 to the level required.For the belt reducer,the belts should be tightening properly.
4.Turn the fan blade with hand,to see whether the reducer rotates flexible.
5.On the top of the tower look down at the fan,the direcion of the fan must be clockwise,intake the air from air inlet louver.
6.If there have any abnormal noise,switch off the power and fix the breakdown immediately.
7.Switch on the fan then open the water outlet valve,adjust the water pump.Make sure the water flow rate,water inlet pressure,electric current,voltage,vibration and noise level are all withing regular range.
8.Make sure the nozzles of water distributor run smoothly.
9.Keep the water clear.Of 50mmg/l of more solid waste water are prohibited,otherwise the water treament devices should be furnished.
10.As an important cooling equipement,some one must be put in charge of following work:exam the tower at reqular interval,keep the record of operation such as water flow rate,water inlet temp,weather parameter,fix a breakdown etc.
2、Maintenance
Before maintain the cooling tower,some one must be put in charge of keeping the power switch off until the work is done.
1.At least,the totally examination and maintenance must be taken once a year.
2.The motor should be maintained according to regular program.Refill the oil of grat reducer to the level indicated or replaces the aging belts for belt reducer.
3.Wash the filling,clear away the rubbish.
4.Paint anti-rust agent in corroded parts.
5.The oil-clothes should be covered if the tower is idle of long time.
3、Pipe And Pump
1.All pipe's flanges adopt 1.0mpa standard,pipes must linked slowly and softly.
2.To prevent water overflow,the locaion of outlet pipes may be lower than tower basin.
3.Some valves is needed.
4.The mistake of water inlet pipe and outlet water pipe is prohibited.
5.Fire or flaming material is harzard to tower.
6.Select the pump head and water flow carefully.
4、Installation
1.If the nominal ater flow over 30m3/h then the work of site installation is needed.
2.This corportion will appoint technicians to conduct the installation.
3.The installation site must be furnished with lift device and power switch,keep the site clean all the time.
4.The period of installation may be last one or two weeks.
5、Notice On Trial Operation
1.The fans always rotates in clock-wise.
2.The electric power box must be fit with fans and pumps motors.
3.Confirm the pump rotates in clock-wise.
4.All dirty and rubbish must be clean out before opeation,keep the water spray nozzle works smoothly.
5.Adjust the valves to regular the water flow.
6、Maintenance
1.For gear reducer of fan,refill the oil twice a year,for v-bell reducer check the condition monthly.
2.Clean the filter and water basin monthly.
3.Drain the dirt and hadrail once a year.
4.Paint the ladder and handrail once a year.
5.Equipped the water treatment device if the quality of outer circuit water getting deterio rate.
7、Notice On Halt In Winter
If the tower is halted in winter,it is important to discharge the water in coil-tube through air exhaust hole and water drain hole,other wise the coil-tube may be broken in iced weather.
8、Notice On Operation In Winter
keep the coil-tube away from freezing,electric heater or other heat resource must be a available.
9、Other Notice
The tower must be managed by comperent technicians.Unorthodox technicians always keep away from fans,motor,heater and other electric device for safety.the water in tower is not enough clean to drink or other purpose use.
